How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once the details have been verified, your order will be accepted and the item will then be dispatched. You will receive a further email notification once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online.

Do you offer custom Items?

Due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks, are non- refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.

Can I include gift wrap or a gift message with my order?

Although we are unable to provide gift messages with orders, we believe every delivery should be a delight to unwrap. All Shop IIXC orders arrive in the signature Shop IIXC packaging. 

How do I place an order?

Shop by browsing through any of our product categories and view more detail on each product page.

Add your chosen size to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button.

Review the items you have selected by clicking on the ‘MY BAG’. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'REMOVE' button next to the item.

To finalize your purchases, click ‘CHECKOUT SECURELY’ and follow the instructions.

What is your returns policy?

IIXC does not issue refunds or accept order cancellations. In the event that you would like to return an item or cancel an order we are only able to issue store credit. Items purchased from IIXC's website are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.


Customer are responsible for return shipping .


In order for us to accept a return and issue a store credit items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.


Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. These items will not be accepted for return.


If your return is accepted then we  will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit will be issued, you will receive a confirmation email. 


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact a member of the Style Concierge immediately.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact our Style Concierge Team with the following information:


  • Your proof of purchase/order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Supporting images


All faulty items will be  thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or if it is fair wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item but please note that repairs are not guaranteed. 


If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability and we ask that you state you would like this option at the time you request a return. Replacement (s) must be of equal or lesser value. 

How do you handle shipping?

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Your parcel is insured by Shop IIXC during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to the consignee.

Important Information


Before we dispatch your order to you, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping address.


Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel.


If your order is to be shipped within the USA, sales tax may be charged on orders. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA​


​If you have pre-ordered an item it will be shipped once the item is in stock.


First time orders may be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address, to avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct.


The size dropdown list on the product page will specify whether your size is available to purchase or Out of Stock.
